How do I pay for my trip?
Once you have accepted a quote with the transport business, they will supply their own payment terms.
We do not take part in any business payments although we do offer a Payment Gateway through Stripe if the business wishes to use it so you can be pay online.
If I receive no quotes, can I get a refund?
If you are unfortunate enough not to receive any quotes for your trip, we would not be able to refund any fees paid.

We would recommend you contact the Customer Care Team and they will review your trip details and contact any local businesses for you.
