We understand that plan's change and it may be neccessary for you to cancel your trip.
If you have already accepted a quote
You must contact the business and let them know. It will depend on the businesses booking terms and conditions on how they process your cancellation.
If you have not accepted a quote
You can cancel the quote request via the customer dashboard. This will automatically remove your listing from our platform and cancel any quotes that have been supplied. We shall not be able to reactive your request and it would be required to be relisted and the fees would be payable again.

Once you have accepted a businesses quote, all correspondence should be made through them.
We will always send you a follow up feedback request after the trip date to see how you found our service and the transport provider.
We do ask that you provide information if the business has cancelled so we can monitor any issues going forward.
